Your Relationship Story

Ah, the early days. Back when we were young and in love-

this picture brings a smile to your face, does it not? It does for me.

What’s your relationship story? When and where did you meet? What were you both wearing? Where was your first date? Pause a moment now and think about all these memories- are you smiling? Or is your brain telling you “this was all a mistake?” Do you see all the reasons you should have known not to do this? Or maybe you wish for things to go back to the way they were then?

The feelings you have surrounding your story provides so much information as to what you’re thinking in regards to your relationship today. Creating a relationship story that brings a smile or positive feelings will best support your marriage. The good news is that no matter what you feel when you think about your story, you have the ability to change it. It’s crazy to think about, right? You can absolutely change your story- or, at least, the way you feel about it. That’s kinda the same thing-when you change how you feel about it, it will feel like a new story. And this new story will positively impact your relationship. You can change it so your marriage lasts, so it improves, so it thrives.

If you want help managing your relationship story I would love help. I would love to hear your story. And then, I would like to show you how you can use it to support you and your relationship. Sign up for a free mini-session today and we will talk you through this process!
