Q: HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?

Mini sessions run 20-30 minutes. 

Individual and Couples sessions are approximately 50 minutes.

Q: IS EVERYTHING KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?

Confidentiality is of the utmost importance. What is discussed in session is kept strictly confidential. Any exceptions to this are addressed in the Intake paperwork and reviewed in our first session together.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT HSA OR FSA?

Yes! We can accept payment from:

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Credit/debit cards

Cash/check

Q: DO YOU SEE PEOPLE VIRTUALLY?

Yes! Video appointments have benefits that in-person appointments don't!

Q: WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU TAKE?

We work out of network with all insurances. Your reimbursement will depend on your out of network benefits. If you would like us to look at what those might be for you, we are happy to do so!

 

Q: WHY DON'T YOU WORK IN NETWORK WITH MY INSURANCE?

 

Working out of network allows us to spend more time working in direct contact with our clients and less time fighting with the insurance companies. It also allows us to work with you without the need to submit a diagnosis to your insurance company. Had we been required to do so it could affect your health record, life insurance policies, and certain career choices.

Q: CAN I USE INSURANCE IF I AM COACHING WITH YOU?

Unfortunately, no. Coaching is not covered by insurance or FSA/HSA.
